We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. "This hotel is perfectly fit for purpose! Its not massive but has everything youd need, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the airport shuttle was great! There is a mall attached for any last minute ahopping and a train station basically underneath it! Would absolutely stay again!"

"Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is right by the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a Lawson and Family Mart within 5 minutes of the hotel."

"great hotel, nice staff and great location. Free parking right outside the hotel. Lawson right next to it. Very very close to KIX airport so perfect for before/after flight. Almost perfect for the good price. The public bath is a little small but usually quiet and clean enough. My only complaint is the breakfast: limited choices and not great taste. Just skip it and eat nearby."
