"Great bathouse"

"Wow. Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, spectacular views. We ate shibu shibu at the restaurant on the 52nd floor, delicious and again, what a view! There is a Lawsons on the 2nd floor that’s open 24hrs and has everything you could need. Surprising good food there as well. The room was absolutely beautiful, corner room with views facing North to Osaka and East to Kobe. Getting to the airport in the morning was super convenient on the comfortable shuttle bus but it looked like the train station was right by the hotel as well and headed straight out to the airport. This hotel alone made me decide that if I return to Japan I will plan to arrive via Osaka."

"A little walk from the station, but the premise itself was really cozy and comfortable together with a big bath on the ground floor. The convenience store Lawson is just next door, making it more convenient literally!! "

"The last airport shuttle is at 9.50 am. No afternoon shuttles. A vending machine would be helpful in the hotel."

"Staff was very helpful, property was well kept and clean, and breakfast was nice. We were told there would be a shuttle from the airport but when we called once we landed, we were told the shuttle was not available for us. The room lights were all or nothing, all on or all off and not adjustable. It made it difficult for one person to sleep while the other read."

"Its not really a resort and spa its ok if you need a budget friendly stay but its not nice its decent breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast nothing special either. The rooms are tiny again decent place location is quiet nothing around."
