We booked the room on 3 Sep 2023 for staying 6 nights from 27/10/23 - 2/11/23. The price is about RM991 (or HKD1675) for 6 nights. I booked for twin room, but the operator provided us a double room without window at 13th Floor near to the main reception counter. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, heater, air-cond, 2 plastic chairs, 6 cloth hangers, towel hanger, hair dryer, 1 small table with 2 drawers, 1 dustbin, TV (not working and informed operator without action). My room was not clean-up and 2 towels were not changed during my 6 nights' stay. They provided shampoo & soap set for our first stay and no refill after that. Check in time is 3pm while check out time is by 11am. We are allowed to store our luggage at the counter after check out. Hygiene level is satisfactory. Mirador Mansion is very convenient place and walkable to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui / East TST Stations, A21 airport bus stop, Commercial Press Bookstore, Kowloon Mosque, Kowloon Park, Cafe de Coral (Chung King Mansion), Space Museum, K11 Musea, TST Post Office, Signal Hill Garden and etc. I will stay at this place again to save money on accommodation.

It did not live up to the advertising. No double bed which was requested; no towels provided; no window; hot water good but shower/toilet so small that everything got wet; a $500 deposit for the key was required but this was not in the advertising; Generally a dodgy place.

free upgrade to use the cold showers 3 floors above. gee thanks. walking through clouds of cigarette smoke to exit between the room and lift area. staff opening the room telling me check out is 10.00am when my confirmation e-mail has 11.00am double the price of my last stay here and not even half as good.

The location of the hotel is very accessible. MTR is very near, Western Union and restaurants. For me, the price of the hotel is very affordable. The staff especially Austin is very nice. We chose to have additional $150 because we don't want shared bathroom(this was indicated in hotel's terms and conditions) and the room has no window. He gave us a room with windows and with the same rate since we have a child. He was so nice and accomodating. he can speak good English too. The room was small but its enough for the three of us. Wifi is also available. I didn't expect the service and the room condition was good because the price was too cheap.

今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテル

各部屋にはトイレとシャワーが付いているとの記載があった。部屋の写真もそうだった。 しかし、実際は複数人との共同のトイレ・シャワーだった。 また、ホテル側でタオルの準備はなかった。 さらに部屋は不衛生でミニゴキブリが2匹出現した。 あまりにも予想外だったため、後日もこのホテルで泊まる予定だったがキャンセルした。 そして、キャンセル(ホテル宿泊費)費用は全額負担することになった。 このホテルに宿泊を予定している日本人がいたら、絶対にこのホテルは辞めるべきだ。

尖沙咀の格安ホテルビルのなかにあります。 今回は個室だけれどシャワー・トイレは共同の部屋を選択しました。 お値段がお値打ちの部屋であることから程度は想像の通りです。しかし、スタッフは親切で丁寧です。中国語・英語・広東語が利用できます。 失敗だったのは、似たような格安旅行（もしくは出稼ぎ労働）をしにきているインドネシア人がいっぱいいたことです。彼らに日本の常識は通じません。真夜中に「鍵を部屋に忘れた」と、ドアをドンドンと叩き続けます。一日ならともかくほぼ一週間毎日（一週間の滞在でした）でした。これには困りました。

HK typical low-budget

The reception is on the 13th floor, not 5th. There's a sign, affirming the guest is king motto in Chinese. This means, you pay any logical or unlogical extras, yet to a friendly operation office. For early checkout, e.g. you may pay 50hkd extra, anything extra costs 50hkd. So thats like any and all pensions, hostels in HK. Location is perfect, so if its your style to be in such a place, book it.

宿泊費がかなり安かったので、期待せずに行ったらある意味予想通りでした。 トイレとシャワーがユニットでしたけど、その間がほとんどなく、シャワー浴びたらトイレべちゃべちゃでした。 スタッフは親切でいい人たちでした。

The room is small but reflect on the price, I accept it. The location is fantastic. However the room cleanliness is awful. 1/Dust on the bed, it might from the air conditioning filter. I clean it but Dust back on seconds. 2/ Shower head is loose, the watch is splashed when I am shower. 3/ Toilet is leaking, I have to leave the toilet after flushed immediately. 4/The duvet ant the pilot looks dirty and old as it is no cover. 5/The room is not clean properly, the toilet is wet all the time that is why I can see the small flying insects are flying all the times. 6/The staff was helpful and friendly when I checked in but not checked out with different staff, she was cold and was not willing to listen to you when I mentioned the situations above.

Not great instalations, but close to everything.

As soon as we arrived at Mirador Mansion,we had a difficult time finding New Garden Hostel because that is not the name of the hostel.It's called USA Hostel.After 36 hours traveling we just wanted a place to shower and sleep.Staff was nice to us and told us our room was not on that building -weird- and that a filipino girl would find us downstairs to take us to our room.We entered another building and got to the room,17th floor and the elevator works only until the 16th floor.The hallway that separated the rooms was ALWAYS smelling like cigarettes even though they have smoke detectors.We paid for a double bed and we got two separate beds,which was horrible since we were a couple on our first trip together.The bed was ok,clean sheets,no bed bugs.We were told the cleaning lady would come and change the sheets every 3 days.The only thing the cleaning lady did was to take out the trash,she did not change our sheets nor cleaned the floor.There is no shower in the room,there is a movable handle where you shower yourself.For you to seat on the toilet, you need to seat sideways,weird.The bathroom would occasionally leak a little,nothing major.There's a TV in the room -it does not work.It's a place for you to sleep,that's all.NO LUXURY WHATSOEVER.It's close to metro stations and a 24h 7eleven.If you plan on spending your day outside shopping and visiting other places,it's doable. If I came back to Hong Kong I would NOT stay there,but now I have a funny story to tell my friends.

Awefull stay

First of all the hostel had not updated their info to the Hotels.com app and we were not able to find the reception the first night at all and had to stay in another hostel instead. (We had payed for the room in advance, and did not get any refund) The next day we finally found the reception and got our room, that was the smallest and the most discusting room I have ever stayed in. The room was nothing like the room that we booked based on their pictures. I would not recommend to book this hostel.

Sijainti hyvä. Lyhyt matka kävellen kaikkialle esim satamaan. Bussi kentälle lähtee melkein edestä. Hostellina en suosittele ekaa kertaa yksin matkustavalle. Hinta kyllä oli halpa mutta huone todella pieni ehkä 8 neliötä. Siivous toimi. Kuumaa vettä aamulla ja illalla.
