The hotel was very in the central of Tsimshatsui. Well convenient to Metro and all the shopping areas. The bad part of the hotel was it's not noise concealed enough. You will hear people talking and opening, closing the doors. The room i stayed in was bit run down carpet had stains! The room itself was quite dim. The air-conditioning was very cold at night can't be turned.

Dirty room, very dated, towels threadbare, no ability to turn aircon off, shower and bath falling to bits with barely look warm water. No hot water in afternoon due to apparent cracked pipe etc etc

The location is great also the hotel staff is very professional, and the hotel lobby only shows the standard of this type of hotel, and the rest of the hotel requires complete renovation. The room I stayed in had stained and damaged floor coverings, and the bathroom was a tragedy for a hotel of this class: dirty stains on the walls, cracked tiles, the bathtub had visible damage to the coating, and many silicone seals to stop water leaks. Such a bathroom is not suitable for use in a hotel of this class & price. I have a membership in Best Western hotels, but it was the worst Best Western hotel I have ever stayed in, and this Plus supplement on hotel’s name is probably a joke because I saw almost only minuses.

The location saved the day. It was a room with a bed. The bathroom was not up the expected standard of cleaniness. The hotel could be considered past ready for an upgrade.

Cheap price. Cheap quality. Great view
The fixtures were falling apart and it certainly wasn't a modern website days. Can you tell me what you choose. There were smells in the closet. But I was staying in three hotels and this was absolutely the cheapest and had the greatest view.

If there is a rating less than 1 star, I would have voted that. Bathroom is so filthy that I do not want to walk on the floor bare footed. Black mold on all the chalking around the washing basin and the bathtub. Washing basin was clogged and ask housekeeping to clear it, the responds were : It is only a little clog. I thin Expedia should un-list this property.

BW isn't a 4-star hotel chain & you get what you paid for. The property is dated obviously by looking at the carpet & furniture. However, the location is good & convenient. MTR is only a few minutes away, restaurants are next to the property. Room is spacious by HK's standard. Front desk & housekeeping staff are friendly. I was satisfied overall given I booked with a promotion.

I’ve been staying in this hotel since 2001, I know it is not a 4 star hotel but after 2017 it started to decline, rooms are almost exactly as 20 years, you see mould in the bathrooms, and before 2019 staff was very helpful, now you have to arrange many things yourself. I asked a couple of things that before was no issue but now they denied. I go to HK 3 times per year , believe I will look for another option which is a pity because I used to be comfortable at this hotel.

The toilet sink was leaking. Only clean up room every three days. It seems there was some bed bud in the bed. But, I am not 100 percent sure. However, the property located at the very convenient area. It is good for shopping, eating.

Do not get fooled by the pictures online. The conditions of the rooms are nowhere close to the pictures shown. The rooms are old, dirty, rusty, its so gross. I paid an average of $130 per night for 5 nights, and the conditions of this hotel should only be average $50 to $60 max. I checked in close to midnight, after seeing the rooms I spent 2 hours on the phone for the refund in the lobby, and a cockroach passed by my feet. I didn't even bother living there for one night, I had to look up another hotel nearby right away and ended up checking into another hotel at 2am, rather forfeit the first night's money. That's how bad the room condition was. I must say the staff at front desk were nice throughout the process. It's not their fault this hotel condition is terrible.

Room badly needs a renovation. Faucets were almost seized up, needs excessive force to adjust and might risk breakage. Carpet needs replacing however cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating.

The clerk at the check-in desk misscharged me for the pre-authorization charge on my credit card. They called when I was already resting in the room, to correct the credit card charge. Hotel is old, and you can still smell people smoking in the other rooms, even on the non-smoking floor.

The house keeping is so rude and no manner was shout at the customer without checking and it her fault. The next door so noisy and bang the door. The electric was off for few minutes in the middle of the night. Towel all torn. The room spread with the dust. All are unexpected was search and the website said 4 stars. Can't trust the review from expedia.com . The hotel itself said 3 star but myself give as a 2 stars hotel. Good is area of the hotel.

Room was clean and serviced well after the first of 2 nights. Usual coffee, tea provided and topped up when we asked. Room fairly tight, but perfectly usable for a short visit. Of particular convenience was that the airport public bus (A21) has a stop 20 metres from the front door when arriving and 100 metres when heading to the airport. Also the bus to Stanley market (873). Which makes a nice half or full day trip. A pleasant young man on staff was there in the morning to show us all the interesting things to see with best method of transport. And the price of the room was relatively cheap. Please tip him, I forgot to.

It is not “ Best western “ it should be renamed as “ Worst Western”…. Dated rundown building… smoke smell on curtains… carpet and bed linens… horrible bed and no hot water in the room… front office people “Just would not care “ and smile…. They give you a feeling of destitutes being accommodated in their hotel… PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL….Best western should strip the board if they want to keep up their name and reputation… Will never stay here and will be really concerned to book any Best western in the future…. You can find bed bugs and all lighting and sanitary fittings are falling off…. Please… please…. Please donot book and make your stay regrettable !!!! This almost feels like refugee camp !!!!!

HK worst western !
We were sadly disappointed! We would have been more comfortable on floor if there was room .the beds were hard as nails and the room very small , window latches broken , and wifi non existent, it showed on phone but just not working.we complain and they gave us extra duvet !! Not a good place to stay , be warned .£50 night not worth £5 !!! How can you support such a dreadfull place !

Booked a family room that could accomodate 4 persons but the bed was small. Room is also small and difficult to accommodate 3 adults. Front desk refused to put an extra bed even if we were willing to pay. Blankets smelled like smoke. Only positive is the location.
