「Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service.」

「We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened. How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean. Not friendly and helpful customer service. Not going to choose this brand again when travelling around. Not recommend this for others 」

「Thou the accommodation is a bit distant, the amenities are excellent, and thoughtful for every detail of customers’ need. The instructions are excellent too.」

「Clean and tidy with all the kitchen aids for cooking, location is good. Will come again for sure,」

「I had a great stay, the host is super nice. Just Keep in mind that she does live downstairs so for people who want complete intimacy it might not be the right place but for me It was perfect. It felt like a homestay. The room was clean, large and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. 10/10」
