「Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. 「The grounds are absolutely beautiful - you would not think you‘re in the middle of a city. The pool is great for kids, not ideal for adults as it is rather shallow. Food in restaurants is absolutely excellent, both in terms of quality of ingredients and preparation. Prices at restaurants are quite reasonable. 「Easy access to airport..Beautiful rooms and very clean with all the amenities. THE interior of the hotel is very beautiful with Unique decor....Staff was friendly and helpful..
