The staff are outstanding and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for my father who is on a wheelchair. Hotel and food are both fabulous. Looking forward to the hotel after refurbishment. Hope to stay there again next year.

Great and comfortable rooms. Gret views from Club rooms. Friendly staff. Food was decent and the Club Lounge was great. The gym instructor and the chef were very friendly. I would stay here if I go to Cochin again.

Le Meridian Kochi is a gem of a hotel in Kochi. I stayed with my parents and my sister at the hotel for a week. We were touched by the hospitality and how wonderful the services were. The two restaurants in the hotel offered delicious menu options. The breakfast buffet was great with so many options to choose from. My toddler nephew enjoyed the kid friendly activities offered by the hotel. We would go back for more family staycations with Le-meridian.

When in Kochi we always stay at Le-Meridien. The hotel has a real character. The staff are excellent. The food is delicious. We love the breakfast buffet at this hotel. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. We usually stay in the club room which has a good size balcony. The club room also gives us access to free drinks and buffet during happy hours in the evening. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. We will continue to go back there.

It's a beautiful hotel. Service/staff was on par. The major drawback though, which I mentioned to the front desk at checkout, is the dilapidated condition of the bathroom in the room assigned to us. It was clean and spacious, but that's as far as it goes. The shower surroundings needed updating, caulk around was stained and falling apart. For the stars allotted to the hotel and price of rooms, the bathrooms definitely need to be renovated and upkept to look neat/new.
