「Staff from manger down to security guard was very friendly and very very understanding and always willing to help. Sangeeta at the check in made check in process very smooth. 」

「Nothing more than experience.」

「Not happy with services, breakfast also ok」

「Third rate rooms with old, ugly looking furniture, poor internet connection. Lousy service. No one at front desk in late evening or early morning—staff are sleeping and don’t like waking up. Photos on website are deceiving in making rooms look better than they are. 」

「For the price 」

「Spotless room, cooperative staff」

「餐廳只有素食提供，地下服務員英文不佳, 幫不到忙。 1樓 reception 服務員質素較好，英語較好，較熱心」

「Clean and convenient 」

「Room wasn't ready upon arrival even though the arrival was slightly later than the actual prescribed check-in time. Some room amenities were missing like slippers. Room service food menu is below expectations - even though online food delivery apps delivered other items from their own restaurant, which room service wouldn't. 」
