Our stay at the Regency Lagoon was a memorable one. Is you want to get pampered, than this is the place to be. The staff are amazing, friendly, warm and very professional. Very clean and well maintained resort. 100% value for money. Highly recomended.

We were very impressed with the build and beauty of this facility. Staff are very attentive and provide excellent service, especially those at the attached restaurants. Names that come to mind are Satyawati, Vikram Thapa, Tufan, Aanandh, Jeevan Singh, Gajendra Singh, and the whole team.

Here is how I would describe the hotel briefly : excellent service, courteous and enthusiastic staff, rooms spread out in a beautiful landscape , comfortable rooms and a full spread breakfast. If you are looking for non chain hotel or simply the best place in Rajkot this hotel is highly recommended.

A superb stay at an astounding hotel/resort

I had booked this hotel for a 3 nights stay and am happy to stay that I couldn't have made a better choice. Unlike ANY other accommodations, Regency Lagoon Is more of a Hotel / Resort. There is a choice of cottages / villas to stay in. I had stayed In the garden room cottage and it was simply amazing. Room was very spacious with the bathroom it self as big as half the room. All amenities where present which are a prequisite in any 4-5 star accomodation. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. Bedroom was very comfortable and the AC was great. The breakfast was indeed amazing. Assortment of foods were available as in any other accommodation, staff are attentive. Our cottage was placed far from reception taking atleast 3 minutes of walking, however this did not hamper the hotel from offering goof room service. Staff usually don't take long, couple of times reminding is needed. I stayed at this hotel because there are extra activities one can do such as, taking a stroll around the property, enjoying snacks and food at any of 3 restaurants and accessing the pool and the artificial lake. Overall most amazing experience and would repeat given the chance.
