The room was clean,spacious (even with portable bed for my daughter, we had a king-size bed). The breakfast was awesome some dishes was freshly cooked). We stayed in holiday mode, i spoke to people on business who were having breakfast. Service at breakfast was good.

The stay was very good. We were pleasantly surprised to see the condition of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff courteous. Breakfast very good. Thank you Rahul for your attentiveness. Overall would love to stay again and recommend to friends.

The hotel is very clean, safe and comfortable. Heads up to Alpes he went above and beyond to help me with all my doubts. All the staff is very amazing, helpful and polite too. Breakfast is excellent! With a lot of healthy options, tons of variety and great quality! I also did a balinese massage at the SPA and it was wonderful. Shuttle service to the airport is great too. This stay exceeded my expectations so much I wish I could have had more days there! Namaste! 🙏

Does not look like 5 star hotel. Should be 3 or maximum 4 star. Electric supply goes frequently, no generator. 2 tea bags, two towels, one tooth brush! You will have to ask if you need more. No iron/ironing board in room. Only good thing is that staff is very polite and helping.

The property is satisfactory and food is good too. The only one big complaint we had was about a front desk guy who was coughing his guts out at the front desk. It was disgusting. Finally we had to let him know to at least wear a mask his cough was so bad or take a few days off. He ignored our suggestion and kept infecting everyone around him with cough sputum everywhere around him. I think he had TB or Covid.

Check in was super slow, lights shorted 1 hour after getting into our room so maintenence had to be called to fix it as we were totally in the dark. All restaurants were closed. So we had to order in Rome service with very, very limited items, which, when they came after an hour, were very cold. Dated and run down hotel. Breakfast was below par as we were told several items were not available ( basic items) and one item we had to ask for*Gathiya, which is staple in Gujart and available in all hotels we have been to. Plus they had sambhar which normal y fires with it. When they finally found some it was very stale like they gave us leftover old sti c k sitting there for months At check outc were asked if everything was ok. We told then if the laundry list if c issues snd they simply nodded ok and ask me to pay for everything iincluding the cold room service food i received s all the edits in the hotel we're closed even thought there websitec said one of them us 24/7. Just a lie. Like money is the most important not the passing guest experience. What definitely NOT recommend
