「Very noisy room, I called to the receptionist at 10:45pm to complain about but not much help until midnight. Disappointed」

「Staff are polite, friendly and ready to assist customers. The hotel is very clean. No long wait for elevators. Breakfast is decent and up to standard. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, so shopping and dining is very easy and accessible. You can also visit the Sunway Lagoon theme park via the shopping mall. I have no complaints at all. I give it a 10 out of 10 .」
