「客房清潔.服務人員很親切 」

「从入住手续到退房，几乎都没柜面接待服务。搞卫生清洁都不及时也不是为住客着想，自己方便就是的那种。感觉不是公寓式酒店，几乎都是自己公寓。我个人不会有下一次。」

「從入住的那一刻就很多困擾和問題屋主沒有提供入住資料以及我們在辦理的時候找不到窗口，後來經過守衛幫我們協助問屋主才得到入住的訊息入住之前的一個禮拜就一直寫信給屋主希望他提供資料寫了三四封信沒有回覆真的是個沒有負責任的屋主房間內的設施 Wi-Fi不能用水龍頭漏水沖洗設備也很糟糕，整體而言就是慘不忍睹」

「Overall, the condo was satisfying for the price. We only had a couple of minor issues. There was a missing TV remote control in the living room so we cannot watch TV for those few days. We did kill three small roaches in the kitchen and the bedroom. I like the fact that there’s an outlet next to the mirror so we can blow dry our hair looking at the mirror. The other condo unit did not have any outlet next to the mirror except one room which is so inconvenient. Will definitely stay again.」

「Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.」

「It feels bad. The building is actually quite nice, but it was artificially made to have a bad feeling.」
