BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. "We had an excellent stay at the Shangrila Rada Ria hotel. The resort is extensive, offering plenty of activities. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the reserve, the pool, horse riding, and the diverse range of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese, and Malaysian options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Milhan, Erly, Yadmin, and Adeline for their outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning again. "
