"Staff was friendly and amazing "

"Staff was excellent. Din and Nos at the concierge desk were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very nice but some parts feel a little outdated. The shower head in our room was loose and kept falling onto the tub when you try to adjust the direction. I only stayed one night so I didn’t alert the staff. The area is great as it is next to the train station, and there are small restaurants, laundry shops, and convenience stores (pharmacy and 7/11, etc) around. The pool is big with a nice view. Breakfast is excellent and buffet staff are very friendly. There was extremely loud drilling that could be heard in the room starting 9am - not sure if this was a one-off incident, but something to be aware of. All-in-all, I would recommend this hotel."

"Ambassador Bird Garden main atrium has no birds. Nearby the swimming pool, for lack of birds, all the big individual cages, except one, had only one bird per cage. The bird exhibit is no longer an attraction, it just reflects lack of interest on the current management, as of April and May of 2026."
