"the staff were very helpful the room was clean the complimentary breakfast was good except the forks they use are smaller than dessert forks so it is very hard to eat with them"

"This place was awful. The elevator didn’t work and has been out of service since Dec according to people who LIVE there. It would’ve been 50 steps to get luggage up to the 2nd floor and there’s no way for people in their 70’s to get them up. There is no staff there as you’re given a code to get into your room. One code didn’t work for one of the rooms, and the other room’s door was wide open. I called the number provided to ask for a refund as we couldn’t get to our rooms and we didn’t feel safe. I was told it was past the cancellation time, so no refund! Do NOT book at this place."

"Our stay was exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and robes and pool towels were also provided. It was lovely to soak in the hot pool while admiring the beautiful mountains all around. Dinner in the bar was delicious and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"The property wa OK however I thought I had reserved at the Prestidge Spa location not realizing they has 2 locations. The train went through at 2:34 AM and the tracks are inky a few feet from your room…. so not a good sleep. I guess a lesson learned you get what you pay for… would not stay there again. Because of the location."
