"Getting a washer or dryer took a very long time because people would either forget about their stuff or add 60 minutes. Would be helpful if there was a basket to put someone else’s clothes, so you could take your turn (give a 10-15 pickup window or it goes in a basket). Breakfast was fantastic!"

"AMAZING location. Can’t get any better if you’re in Kyoto for a few days because it’s above the station so you minimize the commute and teleport to your room immediately. Huge rooms and incredibly welcoming staff. Great sauna to relax and a decent swimming pool. Everything was perfect."

The staff was very friendly and the amenities were in the front desk area so you could take as much as you needed. The rooms were a good size for a room in Japan."
