「I experienced wonderful service at all the hotels I stayed in in Turkey- 5 over 8 nights - but the friendliness & service of the staff at the Renaissance surpassed everyone. We were welcomed warmly, and there was atmosphere of genuine helpfulness. The breakfasts & restaurant staff were amazing. 「I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice....

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」
