The Hotel is in an excellent location very close to fabulous restaurants shopping etc. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful with our every need. Definitely excellent value, we will book again the next time we are Izmir

Clean, comfortable, good location but not 4 star

Clean comfortable rooms, but walls are quite thin. Was wakened by some noise both nights. Good breakfast spread and great location, only a couple mins walk to coast, restaurants and shops. Just not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Lacks communal areas such as bar and lobby.

"Boutique" kind of Hotel is situated in a perfect spot, close to everything, easy access, staff was extremely kind and helpful. Clean and quiet room which has it all, very customer friendly. Exactly what we've been looking for and since we go to Izmir several times and year we now know where we will stay in the future. Unbeatable value for money!!

Location is good

The location is fantastic, close to many attractions by foot...and two minutes walk to the promonade! However, the bed was not comfortable, thin wall that u could hear even a whisper out ( did not sleep well because of that for few nights). Breakfast is very basic for a 4 stars hotel.

Beds are comfortable and easy Pima are spacious and clean however sound travels through the hotel. Doors slam and you can hear the phones ringing without issue in neighbouring rooms

Comfortable modern hotel in the centre of Izmir.

This hotel was situated in a quiet street right in the centre of the city. It was new, bright, clean and airy. Check-in was quick and welcoming. English was widely used by the staff. The desk staff made sure that we had a non-smoking room. Safety is obviously a high priority. Security staff were always on hand, and cameras were located on landings and hallways. We were also impressed that there are 2 lifts and 2 emergency staircases. We felt very safe. Breakfast was very varied and delicious with choices for everyone. The room was a little small but was well appointed and had everything necessary for a couple of nights stay. Maybe next time we opt for a slightly bigger room.

Central location but noisy

This small hotel is nicely located in city centre. The rooms are a bit small, let a lot of noise in and breakfast is poor. We had issues with other rooms making so much noise but instead of dealing with the matter, the staff asked us to move rooms in the middle of the night. This affected our sleep and the following day. We had to delay our plans and stay one more day in Izmir as we were very tired. They gave us a discount for the following day but it definitely didn’t make up for the lack of sleep the night before. My advice is to stay in big hotels in Turkey as they deal with issues better.

We stayed in different hotels throughout Turkiye which were nice, but it was a relief to arrive to Zeniva which was much more spacious and had proper clothing storage space. It was modern and the breakfast was very good as it had a combination of breakfast items that Turks eat, as well as Americans. As soon as we arrived, the valet parked our car in front of the building. We always had to leave our key with the valet, but we never had to worry about parking space. He was always on top of everything and I was truly impressed with the valet parking service. I think they say breakfast starts at 8 AM, but it was always available at least by 7:30 AM. Their laundry services are very expensive, but we found Laundry Bar .7 miles walking distance. You’d have to take time and stay there to wash and dry your own clothes. It’s off of Talapasa Bva. Across the street is Coffee Gallery where I really enjoyed coffee as the owner sat down and spoke with us about the history of Turkiye, which I found very interesting. He also played a traditional Turkish instrument for us. Concierge at the hotel recommended the restaurant nearby corbaci ismet amd that was the beat mixed kebap for two i had tasted so far. The meat and chicken was juicy and absolutely delicious. Was more than enough for two people. So go with an empty stomach. Kahve Dunyasi Marin (cafe) very nearby. The hotel was great for a late night tea latte. They have other hot beverage options as well. It hit the spot.
