Good communication, easy to find parking around the hotel, little bonus of the light meal in the morning, deliver on time.

This hotel was perfect! It is located in a quieter area of Ueno, but only a 10 min walk to either Ueno or okachimachi stations. The hotel is spotless, the room was immaculate with the best shows in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. We did not eat at the hotel simply as we were out for most of the day, every day! But the bistro food looked good and was always busy. Would definitely stay here again!
