"本当の軽井沢ではないですが、雰囲気や気候は確実に軽井沢の隠れ家的なホテルです。北欧風をコンセプトにしているようにスタイリッシュでシンプルで広々とした空間です。野菜が自慢のレストランだけあって、野菜がおいしいです。野菜が入ったソーセージやスープが絶品でした。今回はお部屋にサウナが付いているタイプを選んだのですが、ドアのタイプが以前東京で事故があった取っ手のタイプだったので、ちょっと怖かったです。あと非常ボタンもなかったように思います。ベッドは広々でぐっすり眠れました。子連れで予約すると階段の転落防止柵が取り付けてあり、助かりました。アメニティーは充実していてドライヤーはRifa です。お風呂は追い焚きができるタイプです。 13:00チェックアウトなので忙しくなければゆったりできます。"

"Love the location and the hotel is very well maintained. The most excellent part of this place is their staff - every single one of them who my family and I interacted was professional and kind. I wished they had a mini mart or something on site tho. Also having a few more restaurants on site would be nice since it’s a very remote location. I’d go back again."

"We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again."

Very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had in Japan- lots of local, traditional foods cooked from scratch. Such a treat!"
