「The hotel is located in a small almost deserted village 15 mins away from Dubrovnik. There is nothing there except the hotel and one small mini-mart. You can take a bus to town. The room was spacious and nice. The walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room. The breakfast was very basic. One staff member was rude but the other was very nice. We stayed out exploring as long as we could. I would say this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, isolated, but within 15 min bus ride to Dubrovnik.」

「The property was very close to the airport, but there were no restaurants nearby. I had to walk to a small grocery to get food and toiletries (there was no shampoo or soap). The towels too were worn and old. The price was a bit too high for me, all things considered.」

「We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. 「Really dirty, food was poor canteen quality, with an all inclusive I could not get decaf coffee, the said I had to pay. Save ur money dont do the all inclusive go out and eat. It was horrible」
