Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Painting on hall wall banged all night in wind every night. Stoppedd cleaning room after day3 on our 7 night stay. Had to beg for toilet paper on day 4. Furniture was cheap and old thermastat did not work properly. More like a cheap motel than a Hilton property.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Major renovation going on there unfortunately. Those renovations caused a lot of foot detours that were super inconvenient. Customer service was great, food was amazing, and beautiful.

An early check was requested at the front desk around 10:45 AM. Instead of trying to accommodate an early check in the front desk lady tried to upsale a presidential suite for an extra +$1,100 a night.
