Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Painting on hall wall banged all night in wind every night. Stoppedd cleaning room after day3 on our 7 night stay. Had to beg for toilet paper on day 4. Furniture was cheap and old thermastat did not work properly. More like a cheap motel than a Hilton property.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Major renovation going on there unfortunately. Those renovations caused a lot of foot detours that were super inconvenient. Customer service was great, food was amazing, and beautiful.

Instead of trying to accommodate an early check in the front desk lady tried to upsale a presidential suite for an extra +$1,100 a night.
