「There was no balcony in the triple room and hence towels and wet swimwear had to be draped over structures in the room which gave it a ‘laundry room’ feel and was highly inconvenient. The storage was very lacking with open shelves and wardrobes which, again, made the room seem very messy at times. The staff were not the most attentive and completely ignored me as I struggled with my luggage when we arrived even though they were looking straight at us. The restaurant staff were very nice,...
