"We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. The villa itself was exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views that are simply hard to describe. Waking up each morning overlooking the ocean was something truly special. The food throughout our stay was incredible, with every meal beautifully presented and consistently delicious. It really added to the luxury experience. A very special thank you to Bill from the service team, who went above and beyond to help curate and manage our experiences, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. "The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful "

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."
