We got the oceanview room on the beach side. Great room and direct access to the pool. We had a little plumbing problem and staff was quick to address it. Overall, I would highly recommend and will stay there again.
Prana Resort was an absolutely magical place to stay. Friendly staff, beautiful architecture and such a tranquil calm atmosphere. We found the breakfast to be delicious and the room so comfortable. We will be sure to return.
Incredible! I’ve never experienced such kind, genuinely caring staff. Room was great, clean, hot showers, big balcony with comfy furniture, drinking water provided daily. The property felt very safe, clean, boutique-like, and the breakfast buffet was amazing everyday with lots of choices of fresh food, both Thai and a few western types of food. The breakfast also had a coffee bar for ordering latte and cappuccinos, and an omelette bar that made excellent eggs Benedict, which I was not expecting in Thailand.
They helped me book a variety of excursions, all of which I really enjoyed (jungle/temple type, pig island, snorkel, zip line, elephant sanctuary, etc)
The spa was also very nice! The rooms had shower, jacuzzi tubs, bathroom, and the layout which felt outdoors which was great. Perfect air conditioning I. The spa and through the resort too. I also had no mosquito bites which is rare for me, never even saw a single one.
There are 2 pools, one at the main hotel and another across the street at their restaurant Tropicana/beach area. All food here was delicious as well as the in room dining. Highly recommend the banana fritters and of course mango sticky rice, theirs was colored and came sort of deconstructed and very beautiful presentation. There are crossing guards that help stop cars for pedestrians to cross the street and I had no issues coming or going.
Can’t wait to go back in a few years with family!

Disliked: Amenities
Room was dark & not enough lighting. Pool and beach sun lounger mattresses were filthy! not good at all shouid be replaced
Tea & coffee service at breakfast was slow
Twice during week stay had to go to reception as room hadnt been cleaned by late afternoon!
We had a wonderful stay at Prana . A beautiful ocean front room with an infinity pool and ocean on our doorstep. and lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious too. Meals and cocktails by the pool were also amazing. The only downside was the shuttle bus into chewang was only available if there were 4 or more people . We taxied it a few times as there were only 2 of us.
The place is a total gem. I almost don’t want to say anything about it because then everyone will go. Beautiful quiet. Good for families and older people not looking for the party scene. Clean, service is superb. O my to do list again
Very good hotel, everything perfect for the family, outstanding service and great pool and restaurant. Very good breakfast. We stayed there for 4 nights, 2 rooms with sea view. On the other hand, we didn't swim in the sea here. The beach is not appealing, not inviting, quite dirty in this bay with a lot of jelly fish signs. Just take a cab to better beaches.
Nice and clean hotel. Would recommend if you want a location to relax.
We didn‘t like the position of the hotel because you need a scooter or pay for a taxi (which is quit expensive in Ko Samui).
I was disappointed for the fact that I wrote that this was our honeymoon and hotel didn‘t organized nothing.
The property is excellent. Staff great. Food was good. Drinks not completely overpriced. I felt the beach could benefit from more attention like the hotel next door had done. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed that there was no mango in the fruit section. But now I'm being picky.
Loved my stay here, beautiful view and just absolutely stunning. I booked the ocean view beach front room and it is unbelievable view from your window. The pool is nice, the restaurant was great and staff were really helpful.
