I am really satisfied with my stay at Hansar Samui. Location is wonderful. It is very convenient since Fisherman Villeage is close and also enjoy very nice beach. The room is clean and all staff are friendly. I will defenitely be back at Hansar Samui when I visit Koh Samui.

The hotel was located very close to the restaurants and market areas of Fisherman's Village, but not so close as to be affected by the noise. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the concierge was especially helpful in arranging special trips for us.

Amazing resort, amazing room and most of all amazing staff! If you need anything they are so attentive and helpful - we will definitely be coming back! We even extended our stay by another 5 nights it’s so good. Really peaceful and the pool area is nice and quiet to relax.

perfect intro to the thai islands

perfect chill stay by the beach. mostly older couple and younger ones with infants. very serene and relaxing location within easy walking to numerous restaurants. decent gym and amazing spa with a 2-for-1 deal on massages!

The pool was amazing with the most beautiful view, the location at the end of the walkway was quiet and convenient to walk to everything in fisherman’s village , if you need laundry up the road it’s very close, lots of restaurants nearby, nightly entertainment , sitting on the balcony looking out at the gulf was lovely , the breakfast was great ,

We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff without exception. Live music by the pool bar was a nice touch. Our only slight criticism would be that it would have been useful to have usb charge points in the room

My first trip to Koh Samui, absolutely love it here and this hotel plays a big role as why I love this island so much. Services are great, staffs are very friendly ( kudos to Ju and Ford at front desk and also met w sales and marketing exe Chris; all of them offer top niche services). Can’t argue w the amazing location, walking distance to tons of restaurants, shoppings and massages! Our room overlooks pool and ocean, it is an amazing hotel to have a relaxing vaca. I’ll certainly come back again without a doubt!

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Great location. The only problem was that wifi was too slow, unfortunately. Got help at once when I reported the problem but wifi did not get faster. Great place to be on holiday but working was a bit difficult. For holiday a fantastic place.

Mediocre hotel but great location

Great location with a short stroll to Fisherman's Village. Hotel appears a bit shabby in places and nowhere near as good as the previous hotel we stayed in. I wouldn't class this as a 5 star hotel, it just doesn't have the type of class or amenities you would expect. I would put it as a 4 star at the most. The staff were great and the pool magnificent but rooms not cleaned well and towels provided each day were often threadbare or stains on them. Worst of all was the awful and distinct smell of mouldiness in the room that points to ventilation or air conditioning issues. Coffee/tea facilities in room were poor and the breakfast included was nothing special. The place definitely needs a major renovation.

Phenomenal stay

Brilliant location right on the beach in the quiet part of Fisherman’s Village. The beach and pool were beautiful, and the staff were exceptional—especially Max at the bar who really looked after us. The restaurant food was outstanding, and the spa and other facilities were top-notch. The pool was spotless, with plenty of recliners and great floating lilos. Our room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. We genuinely couldn’t fault anything and would love to come back—an excellent stay all round. Highly recommend

The only thing I wish the resorts can upgrade is the relatively slow WI-FI service. Other than this, everything is excellent. It is a fantastic experience.

nice stay, but disappointed about the breakfast facilities are nice but very minimalist, the room arrangement is not as expected , you enter in the part of the bathe room and the shower is the other side , not user friendly form me i asked for a room with beach view , but actually everyone could walk in front of my room since it's a public way and not private at all, then most of the time i had to close the window . it is not worth the price
