Good area good for a night but windows do not open and bathroom smells a bit. But nice bed, it’s okay for a few nights if you don’t mind that stuff

Location staff and room 100%

For the price this place cannot be beat. Amazing location near night market (but I prefer fresh market- even closer and cheaper). Nice pool and 5 min walk to the beach. They will give you towels but it’s also easy to walk along the beach and snag a lounger and umbrella at a bar or resort if you buy a drink or two. Perfectly clean and comfy staff was amazing!

I would highly recommended staying here if you are in Samui! Great location everything was within walking distance friendly shops staff and of course a seven eleven just a stone throw away for all my needs. You can't go wrong.

Good 3 star mini hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Little noisey from balcony windows as busy soi/street outside otherwise great for the price. Small adequate swimming pool and about 400m from lamai beach. Food and bars and massage right outside the hotel. Modern air conditioning, nicely decorated. Stayed top floor. No lift

My first room had a severe leak from the AC unit however once I reported it, they got a technician to fix it within 5-10mins so that’s good. This room also had extremely poor water pressure, showering was a nightmare. I reported this and they said they’d get a technician to look at it but he couldn’t fix it. They then offered me to switch rooms as one had become free. Overall happy with how these problems were dealt with. Extremely friendly staff. Very close to lamai beach. They also offer beach towels which is good. Would recommend staying here.

The shower was dirty. The towel rack, mirror, and hair dryer were all poorly secured to the wall. The door was visibly bowed looked like it had been kicked in and had only a basic knob lock with no secondary interior lock. The safe's keypad was broken; the hotel gave us a physical key as a workaround. Serious safety concerns. We checked out after one night instead of three and moved to the Coconut Hotel down the street, which was significantly better.

Will come back

Really enjoyed my stay here nice clean room and for the price was really good. I stay on samui alot and this will be my favourite place in lamai now. Small pool which I didnt use but was nice to sit round at night. The staff were friendly and I had a problem with the fridge which was sorted out straight away. English channel on TV which is getting harder to find here. And a small sink to wash up if needed kettle supplied. Was quiet And a small walk to the beach and restaurants

Easy place to stay!

Nice hotel. Has the amenities to be a small apartment with small alcove with a dish sink and kettle. It it located next to the fresh food market and inexpensive laundry service is right across the street. It is also close to the beach and the walk street for shopping and restaurants. I found a great little French breakfast place just down the street- La Fabrique.

We were not fans, the location vs price compared to others is poor. The staff was not welcoming and unprofessional, and the room was gross and uncomfortable. We immediately found another place to stay close by, on the beach for cheaper and were much happier. Just wanted to save 1 person from making the same mistake.

Very clean and quiet

Hotel was really nice--rooms clean and comfortable, swimming pool, etc. I was the only one staying there but the staff was great about everything. The entrance is a little bit tricky to find, but the area was great. I will stay here again!

Great hotel

Room was lovely and spacious and staff were very friendly. When the night Market is on, it is right outside the hotel, so could watch it all from the balcony at night. Only complaint is that the bed was quite hard.

Onze airco deed het erg slecht. Nadat we dit hebben aangeven bij de receptie kregen we een update naar een familiekamer met goede airco. Wat een service!
