Spa was nice. The restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. They need to communicate better with clients. Some bills are not explained. We got breakfast tickets when checked in, but they billed automatically with our credit card. Maybe because we booked with hotels.com Route Inn always includes breakfast with the booking. It maybe the fault info by Hotels. com?

古河駅近くで、アクセス便利！スタッフも笑顔での接客、客室も清潔感があり満足しました。 ただ、朝のバイキングを大賑わいの中食べてましたが、柚子大根の煮物がなかったので、追加で出てくれたら嬉しく思います。 また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。
