今回、山梨での研修会の際に利用させて頂きました。よく研修会の行われる山梨リハや富士温泉病院から自転車で5分ほどと近く、大変利用しやすかったです。 自転車の貸し出しもあったので、研修会への移動や買い出しにも便利に利用できました。 施設は、民宿風で鉄道の模型や写真などがあり、そこまで鉄道ファンでも無い私ですが、素敵な空間でした(^^)。 とてもアットホームな環境であり、和風の部屋に温泉にも入る事ができたので大変満足しました。また、スタッフさんも親切な方で、リラックスして宿泊できました。 家族で利用したり、研修会での利用、個人の利用などでもおすすめです(^^)！

また必ず泊まりたいです

5月に旅行で1泊しました。新しいゲストハウスなので泊まるのが私だけでゆったり過ごせました。 150円ぐらい払うと温泉を引いてて、そのお湯でゆっくり夜も朝もお風呂に入れます。混んでいたら予約制だそうです。 材料持ち込みして料理も出来るし、本があったりくつろげます。 鉄道模型は見てないですが一部屋丸々使っていて大きかったです。他のお部屋にもありました。 オーナーさん家族も優しくてまた泊まりに行きたいです。 ※忘れ物をしたのをわざわざ連絡してくれ、家まで送ってくれたのは感動しました。

鉄道好きの方はぜひどうぞ

さくらんぼ狩りの時期に宿泊しました。鉄道好きの旦那と子ども達がとても喜んでいました。ゲストハウスならではの宿泊客同士の交流もあり、楽しかったです。温泉もとても気持ちよかったです。あちらこちらにアメニティが置いてあり、注意書きも細かく書いてあり、とても気の利く快適な宿です。また、宿のいろんな所に鉄道に関するクイズや小物があり楽しめます。宿泊客の方にＮゲージを快く走らせていただけて子ども達が大興奮でした。ありがとうございました。

満足な点は、初めての宿泊にも拘わらず、施設の説明・利用方法・利用上の注意点を平明に丁寧に説明頂きました。 昨年民泊を開業したそうで、各部屋はとても清潔で使用勝手もよく、快適でした。料金も低廉で満足でした。 不満な点はExpedia予約の際に、いったん予約するとｷｬﾝｾﾙ出来ないことです。今回は不測の事態がなく問題なかったですが、急な病気や冠婚葬祭等の際に、救済措置の無いことは大いに利用者の負担となります。
