"Nice onsen, good facilities"

"Beautiful room, lovely staff/owners, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Very comfortable place to stay with a view of Fuji. "

"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

"Nice place to stay,"

"Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!! The place and staff were great. Complimentary shuttle service back to the bus station was a plus."

"I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan. The trip from Tokyo was about an hour by train, and the Onsen has shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off when you...

"Our stay at Lodge Stack Point was lovely. The hosts, Mama-San and Papa-San, were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations. The room was perfectly comfortable and the location was tranquil. "

"Wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly helpful. We got lucky and had views of Mt. Fugi almost our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"Excellent place to stay. Would stay there again."

"とても広く、とても清潔で何よりでした。 また利用させていただきたいです。"

"Highlight of this place was definitely the view and the dinner and breakfast that they prepare."

"Had an awesome stay here. The view of the lake was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service throughout was fantastic. The entire team was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back!"

"Amazing place!!"

"Amazing place to feel at home in a new country. Views were amazing, we did find a huge spider in the sheets but what can we do in the woods??"

"Staff was so friendly and the villa is soooooooo nice. "

"We had the pleasure of staying at Kay"

"Great stay at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono! The onsen was exactly what we needed after a day of hiking and the meals were incredible. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay! We’re from out of town, so being able to glamp with the needed tools to cook was such a fun experience. It’s also a good location to do activities at Mt. Fuji and the nearby lakes. Not all staff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. Despite this, they were all very professional and helpful. One thing to note, it is in the nature so there are bugs and leaf that got in the room. Bring bug spray!"

"Loved our whole stay there. The view to mt Fuji was incredible! We got lucky and got to see it clearly 2 days in a row! The rooms were comfortable and great!"
