"Onsen was nice, rooms are tiny though! Can hardly open a full sized suitcase, but the price was hard to beat and location is great, few minute walk to Dontonbori"

"Located right next to a train (Kitahama) station, so getting to and from the hotel was very convenient. Loved the bar area as they had a live DJ there for the three nights that I stayed. The room was spacious and just enough space for myself and my sister. Checked in rather late (after 11pm) and the staff was great. Made it quick and easy, less than 5 minutes. Check out was completed via the self service kiosk and took no more than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Always frontline staff available at check in to help you. Excellent bakery for coffees, cake and savoury treats. The rooms are fairly big and very clean. All amenities are well equipped and available. Great location and rooms are very quiet. "

"Mattress was beyond hard. Really unbelievable. Check-in self-service would not take a credit card unless you had a PIN. No place to sit, relax or work. Any area where you might think to go was reservation only, so you couldn't just go to relax or read at random times. Rooms are too small to do any of this in. Lobby was always full of tour groups and stacked luggage. Bathrooms were super small. "
