"This is a great hotel. It’s modern with nice, quiet rooms and helpful staff. It’s located just one stop away from Osaka station on the Metro in what seems to be a business district (so it’s quiet in the evenings). The breakfast is great. Would recommend if you want something in an area quieter than Namba but still very central."

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is incredible. The staff also helped arrange luggage-forwarding service to our next destination. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Osaka."

"The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to USJ. Staff are very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice with minion theme. Our room has 4 single beds looking out with a view. Room is spacious but once we opened up all four luggage, the room is small and hard to walk. Bathroom is nice, with one sink. No hook for your clothes though. Water pressure is good and the bath tub is good after a full day walking at USJ."

"Amazing stay. Our favorite hotel during our stay in Japan with actual soft beds! Only minor thing was the ac stopped at 20c which sounds cold but didn’t feel it in the room. Buffet breakfast was incredible, staff were the sweetest and the room was perfect "
