Cleanliness and service were standouts. The public only onsen was small for public use, as at best, maximum 4 men at a time in my view, but 6 to 8 people all at once in such a tight area was very off-putting.

This is an excellent, upscale property that really takes good care of guests. The room we stayed in was very large, especially compared to normal Japanese hotels. The hot spring is well maintained, and the dinner was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We got there early and sat in the arrival room. Yes we were early. I also asked if there was water, but no one answered. The hike up to this hotel is up hill all the way even once you get to the ryokan. It’s another 20 steps up to the main lobby. So as my group rested from the walk. I made us hot tea which was the only thing I could find. I was then yelled at and reprimanded by a older man. No Touch he said. But I was in error. I agree. But I’m the guest. I was so shocked and surprised that he got mad at us. He should have apologized and thanked me for doing his job.

the property was very nice and clean, and service was good as well. Location is a bit far from the train station, but they have bus to take you and your luggage to the hotel, as long as you arrive before 6pm.

Checkin was smooth, they have bus service to move your legages before 6pm, and they always remember how you look like. the office has also served snack and tea during checkin.

In the male onsen room, the Korean customers stole my towel which placed on my basket. These customers so noisy and use mobile phone in the onsen changing room but no staff stop them. It makes me feel so frustrated in the onsen room.

료칸은 처음 이용했었는데 너무 편하게 이용했습니다. 픽업도 있기 때문에 근처에 도착하면 꼭 이용하는 걸 추천드립니다. 오르막이라서 캐리어를 끌고 이동하면 많이 힘듭니다. 이것만 제외하면 만족스럽게 다녀왔습니다. 음식도 맛있고, 방은 굉장히 청결했습니다. 온천도 작지만 료칸 자체가 사람이 없어서 이용하기 참 좋았습니다.

It’s a nightmare walking from Arima onset station pulling big luggage following the guidance of Google map! Countless stairs up Ann down for 1 kilometer. I am exhausted when arriving the hotel. They never gave you hint for visitors taking the trains or offer shuttle service.

직원분들은 모두 친절하고 상냥하셨습니다. 오래된 건물이라 인테리어가 전통가옥의 멋이 있습니다. 한 번쯤 체험하기는 좋을 것 같습니다. 단열이 잘 안되고 외풍이 있어서 막상 겨울에 여행하니 건물 안은 추웠습니다. 온풍기를 틀면 나아지지만 반대로 방안이 너무 건조해서 가습기가 필요합니다. 일행이 바로 감기 걸렸습니다. 가을까지는 괜찮지만 겨울엔 호텔이 난방에서는 유리한 것 같아요. 일본 구옥의 단열은 어쩔 수 없는 듯 합니다. 조식의 두부와 생선 구성도 만족하는 편입니다.

有馬温泉　高山壮　華野
旅館内はかなり綺麗で雰囲気もありすごくよかったです。 旅行に行くまでに車ですごく細い道を登っていかなければいけなかったのですが、旅館の方に連絡すると下まで迎えに来てくださり、その方が運転を代わってくださり旅館まで連れて行ってくださいました。 対応をすごく丁寧で、良かったとしか言えないです。 温泉もかなり適温で気持ち良かったです。

朝食でご飯が足らずおかわりができなかった。 また、最初に出されたご飯も少量で冷凍 を解凍したよう不味い米で最悪でした。チェックアウト時に担当者から謝罪はあったが、言葉だけでは全く納得できない。不完全なサービスになぜ費用を支払うのかモヤモヤします。
