Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

"Everything was perfect! The rooms were so clean and comfy, the balcony a perfect place to relax, the pool clean, and the loungers great for sunning or enjoying a book under an a umbrella. We lived the breakfast each morning, tasty omelets and great selections. Perfect location for walking to the beach or 7 11. Great 2 for 1 HH, great pub out front. But on top of all that we met the nicest staff, especially the greeters at breakfast. My favorite friendliest warm smiling guy though was Pa. I loved seeing him at breakfast and around the pool each afternoon. We loved this hotel so much, we skipped pur flt to go to Bangkok and stayed an extra 2 nights (dang though, I forgot to book the breakfadt option). . "
