「The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't...

「Das Personal war durchweg großartig und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und definitiv ein Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Zimmerservice hat täglich gründlich gereinigt, was ich sehr positiv empfunden habe.
Was mir im Zimmer gefehlt hat, waren grundlegende Möbel wie Schränke, eine Kommode oder ein Nachttisch. Das ist kein Luxus, aber für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig.
Ich bin insgesamt nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, allerdings war das Frühstück enttäuschend: sehr geringe Auswahl...

「Smell from drain, corner room with horrible view, beds hard with tiny ants. No refrigerator, didn’t get water on second day. Asked for room change but staff unable to accommodate. They did put a few extra blankets in the extra hard bed to try to make more comfortable. Despite the nice location it was a very uncomfortable stay. 」
