Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown
Air conditioner was broken and rattled. Beds are old, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet was not clean. Sink was clogged. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The hotel front staff were not friendly! The worst hotel I have stayed at, booked through Expedia!

The room was clean and breakfast adequate. They are dog & cat friendly--a BIG bonus for me, and the $45 fee was the lowest I've found.

Comfort Suites Knoxville North
We had a great stay! We were there with our 3 teenage daughters for a UT tour. Great accommodations for us. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. And just a quick 10 min drive to UT in the morning.
