A little outdated but fairly clean. Front desk very friendly which helps. Location is what made it feel a little unsafe. Overall not a bad experience. Value for the price made up for what it lacked.

The hotel was inexpensive, so I was not expecting a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. The continental breakfast has room to improve.

Disappointed

The room was terribly outdated . Needed deep cleaning , remodeling and PAINTING. You could see outside under the door . I placed a towel across the bottom of the door to keep the critters out . This was probably the worst accommodations I’ve experienced . I have stayed all over the world . No complaints about the employees . They were friendly . We were very disappointed with the hotel . Will not be back .

Staff was very nice upon check in and accommodating. Overall great front desk! However, the room I was given had all the bed sheets striped all the towels in the bathtub and the trash can full. I believe they must have forgotten to clean the room.

Only thing we didn't like: bathroom door wouldn't shut. Almost like the frame had expanded? Door wouldn't close. But room was roomy and clean. Staff VERY nice

Bugs on walls, bugs in bathroom, gnats under the comforter, smelled, unkept rooms, bathroom mold, door frame to bathroom was exposed, shower head unfinished….staff was nice though.

We really loved the location - right across the parking lot was a Shoney's, liquor store, convenience store, and Dutch Bros coffee! There is a mall nearby and all kinds of dining options so we didn't have to leave - you can DoorDash anything! I loved it so much I stayed an extra night to take my sister to Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas because this is a convenient and easy drive down the interstate to exit 407. But best of all were the staff at the hotel. They were all so kind and if we needed anything they were quick to action. Our favorite was Alesa at the front desk. She was very very busy on our arrival date but she remained friendly and did her best to take care of everyone and she made us feel so welcome. We are returning soon!

The staff were very friendly upon check-in. Room was OK, just very worn. The advertisement for the property list "Included Breakfast" Breakfast consisted of an individually wrapped "Nutri-Grain Bar" that's it! They had about 20 of them on a tray - NOTHING else! There was coffee and some juice.

First room dirty bed linens and floor. Second room smelled like smoke, had hole in the wall from what looked like a punch, and cobwebs. Surrounding area was sketchy. Staff was wonderful though. Very kind, understanding, and concerned.

It was close to shopping and food but there was no breakfast when we went at 830 am. The shower was leaking. Toilet paper roll was taped to the wall with scotch tape multiple holes in the wall. Bed was decent.

The room was good but the service was awful!

I stayed for a week in this place. But throughout the period, the room service didn’t come at all. The trash wasn’t removed. The room wasn’t really cleaned properly. They could have used the vacuum cleaner to clean the floor a little better. Room had a mold smell when I entered the room. Could have maintained well. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Room was spacious and well furnished as well.

Room Clean, Water Hot-Needs Updating

Overall it was okay. The room was clean as were the beds and linens. The beds were actually comfortable. The pillows were horrible-completely worn-out and you had to sleep on 3 to get an elevation of your head. Paint was peeling in the bathroom on the wall as well as some of the trim. The bathroom door on the inside was very dirty under the door handle. The water pressure was great in the shower and the water plenty hot. No bugs! The room was okay, but definitely needs updating and not look like it is worn out everywhere, but if you need a bed and a bath, and these other things don't bother you-it was clean and the beds comfortable. We would not choose to stay there again.

First, I noticed the TV did not work and then I went to sit down but I noticed that there was no chair so I went to call the front desk and ask about getting a chair and maybe a working TV. I don’t understand the phone had been ripped out of the wall. This property is unkempt and in bad repair and the management is not paying attention. I will not be staying here again. It is a shame for this. Property to be in this level of disrepair and filth and uncleanliness. On the upside, there was plenty of towels soap in the shower was clean, except for the hair on the walls.
