"The hotel was great. About 6 blocks from the White House and a mile walk to the Washington Monument. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive to us. Always greeted us with a smile. We ate dinner about two times and it was great. We had espresso in the morning with Carlos and he was very attentive. "

"The property was run dilown, no real hot water in room, the noise was so bad (street noise and people noise all the way to to the 7th floor), constant ambulances to the 3 downtown hospitals, and the bed was as and hard a as a brick. We left a day early even though we could not get a refund bc we booked thru expedia. "

"The bathroom wasnt very clean. The tub and sink spouts were filthy as well as the racks that hold the soap, lotion, shampoo etc.. Having to pay for parking was misleading as well. Otherwise everything else was ok."
