The room was basically clean but holes in the vinyl flooring - the window was duct taped into the frame - only part of the curtains were still intact - the TV had limited channels and difficult to navigate! The breakfast was atrocious - coffee was warm and not flavorful - limited choices of milks - the waffle batter container was permanently stained and I guess made it appear to be full as they never added any more. Really not much QUALITY at the Inn!

We checked in around 11pm, The room was as if someone checked out earlier, the carpet was not vacuumed. In the bathroom on the shower head was a used face cloth. Toilet paper was almost finished, we had to ask for one in the morning. In the dining area, fridge was dirty inside from Saturday morning when we went for breakfast and Sunday as well. Sunday breakfast, coffee machine out of order, no coffee, also ran out of yogurt, the staff lady refused to refill for people, she also said we should use the room coffee machines to make our coffee.

We stayed for four nights while visiting family in the area. While we were there, housekeeping never came into the room. This wasn't a huge deal because we only came to the hotel to sleep at night. However, if we had stayed another day, we would've run out of towels and had to ask. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient. The bed was firm and comfortable, and we slept well. However, there was a house centipede we had to kill one night. Also, if the smell of weed bothers you, beware that the lobby and hallways smell of weed. Also, the parking out front is very tight and limited, especially if you come in late at night. There is parking on the side and back, which is what we usually choose to do so that our car didn't get hit.

Room was clean but hotel is outdated. Breakfast is included but it's not the greatest. Staff was very friendly. Good location as it's east to get on and off I-95. Several places to eat in area. You get what you pay for and I was just thankful for a clean place to lay my head.

This hotel should probably be demolished or closed down for major renovations. The hallways smelled damp and musty. The whole lobby stairwell, and everything smelled so bad. The hallwsy floor was uneven, and there were stains on the carpet. The chair in our room had stains all over it.It wouldn't even be good enough to sell at a Goodwill. There was hair on the bathtub. I had reservations for 2 nights and after the first night we packed up and got out of there and just got a better hotel room. Even the ice machine did not put out large cubes. The water filter probably has never been changed.
