「nice decor, but a little rundown. Clean. Staff was helpful and professional. Easy and free parking and good location. Good value for the money. Could do better with details: nice big screen in room, but something wrong with display so all channels looked fuzzy. Had microwave and minifridge which was nice. Coffeemaker in room, but no coffee. body wash dispenser in shower didn't work. Shampoo and soap provided, but no conditioner. No closet in room. No blackout curtains so there was some light in...

「There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.」

「The front desk staff member was friendly and quick to get us checked in. With the hotel being a mere few minutes from the airport, it's ideal to save yourself from having to get up earlier than you need to. We had a rental that sat in the parking lot for maybe 10 minutes before I returned it -- so we didn't have to deal with the predatory parking. My only complaint is that my floor had numerous teens/young adults who were running up and down the hall. They were slamming doors, loudly arguing...

「Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home...

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」
