Cozy inn, delicious meals (venison from the estate, for instance), lots of personality. We loved staying here, and fishing with Ian, the "ghillie" who put me onto a beautiful sea trout and taught me how to cast a spey rod. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. 「What a fantastic jewel of a find! Gareth & his staff were so welcoming. Our room was one of the smaller ones but spotless & all we needed for 2 nights, with a great fancy, modern en suite shower. Outside caterers on the Friday night provided fantastic food & the Wee Bear Cafe provides superb home made fayre during the day. Would definitely recommend this wonderful place to stay.」

「Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+」

「A Great Wee Find! This was our first stay here and what a lovely discovery it was! The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in gorgeous surroundings, which really made the morning special. The location is fantastic — set by the river and theatre, with plenty of beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing...
