I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.

First of all, thank you for the hotel 6 stars services. We enjoy the both dinner and breakfast very much. All the hotel staff serve customers with hearts and polite. They offer free pick up service from JR station. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for Mr Yoshi hospitality.

2月宿泊

県内在住で急遽、主人の時間が取れる事ができたので連休中日でしたが運良く一部屋、空きがあり当日予約で宿泊 部屋にはシャワーのみだったので 次は風呂付きの部屋に宿泊してみたい 部屋に缶のお茶、水、コーヒーパックなどありましたが自販機がなく売店でも売ってない 近くにコンビニ、スーパーがあるが、この日は寒すぎて出られなかった 温泉の効能、成分表示がわかる場所になかったので不明ですがツルツルにはならなかったです 食事は2食、美味しく頂きました。高級食材は、ほとんど無く鯛めしならぬムロアジ..（美味しかったけど）土鍋で美味しいけど、かなりこびりついて底は取れなかった 鹿児島なのに食べ慣れない赤味噌で若干の違和感を感じました 配膳スタッフの袖口が広く、作法の一部でしょうが都度袖口を押さえるので、効率悪そうでした。こちらの手拭きや湯呑みに触れそうになり逆に不衛生に感じました また、とても風が強く寒い日でしたがスタッフの制服？作務衣のみで薄着のまま、駐車場の出迎えをしてくださったのですが車が入って駐車が終わる前から駆けつけ、こちらの方が焦ってしましました お気遣いはありがたかったのですが車内の整理など済ませて行きたかったです 客室から大浴場など外気に触れる造りだからこそ、スタッフの方々も寒いでしょうし、季節に応じて工夫されてはどうかなと思います 雪がチラつく朝に照明カバーを水で洗って下さっていたり中庭の落ち葉の清掃など、環境整備が行き届いていると思います 室内照明のスイッチが分かりづらかった

館内は一部工事中でしたが、客室も、館内の温泉もとてもよかったです。特に温泉は露天風呂も広々としており、入るとツルツルになりました。 2食付きにしましたが、お料理も美味しく、特に朝食の充実度はすごくて、これまでで一番だったかも！

가고시마 여행 마지막날 공항 가기 전에 묶었던 호텔입니다. 체크인을 7시 넘어서 하는 바람에 이 호텔의 진가를 많이 이용하진 못한게 많이 아쉽습니다. 1일 2식을 주문해서 가이세키 석식, 조식을 즐겼습니다. 일본에서는 온천을 갈 때 복장으로 석식, 조식을 먹는 게 참 편하고 좋습니다. 가이세키 먹고나서 조금 아쉬워서 밖에 나가서 구이 집에서 맥주도 즐겼습니다.

チェックインの時も感じたのですが、一時が万事でエアコンの鼠色の毛布のようなフィルターに始まって、ご飯はこだわりの炊き方と言う割には土鍋や茶碗が欠けてたり、とにかくこの値段との釣り合いが取れないです。イカめんたいが朝食で出ましたが、それすら着色料いっぱいのピンク色で旨みもないし、織部の器の蒸し物を食べようとすれば器は所々欠けてて折角の景色が台無しでした。非常に残念です。

送迎サービスは、柔軟に対応していただいて、助かりました。マイクロバスではなく、いつもセダンでの送迎で、とても快適でした。 お風呂がとても風情があって良かったです。建物自体は築年を感じますが、メンテナンスが行き届いていて、大切に使われていて好感を感じました。お料理も工夫されていて美味しかったです。 また訪れたいと思いました。

食事が美味しかったです。建物自体は古いが、こまめに掃除されていてとても清潔でした。お部屋の風呂が住宅の風呂のような感じでちょっと残念でしたが、大浴場しか使用しなかったので気にはなりませんでした。スタッフの方もみんなフレンドリーで親切でした。

非日常空間

息子の結納の記念旅行で利用しました。 チェックインからアウトまでスタッフの対応はとても親切で良かったです。館内のインテリアは心休まる日本庭園とモダンなデザインを施された内装で日常を忘れさせてくれて、食事は2食ともどの料理も工夫されていてこだわりを感じました。黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶはお肉の甘味とさっぱり感がとても美味しく量も食べきれないほどありました。 温泉は翌日の肌感の違いが分かるほどとてもいいお湯でした。 結納記念という事で撮影してくれた写真をフレームに入れてプレゼントしてくれて優しお心遣いを感じました。又泊まりたいと思えるお宿です。

Transfer service to and from airport. Tranquility of the onsen resort. Great Japanese traditional kaiseki dinner. A remarkable facility : a Dyson hair dryer, just love it. A supermarket just opposite to the onsen resort.

2泊しました。2日目は生憎の雨。どうしようかと、朝食後、部屋でゆっくりしていたら、フロントから「チェックアウトの時間が過ぎてます」という電話が来て絶句。15部屋しか無いのに、どの部屋が帰るのか、連泊なのかが把握出来ていない。そして、11時頃「13時過ぎには戻ります」と言って外出、14時過ぎに戻ったら「部屋の清掃中で、あと15分程掛かります」とのこと。16時チェックインなので他の部屋同様にマイペースでお仕事しているようですが、全く気配りが感じられ無い。さらに、浴衣代りの作務衣様の部屋着。チェックイン時に、Lサイズが用意されていたのを、Mに交換。清掃時に新しいものに交換されていたが、サイズはLが。連泊であること、使用済みのサイズがMであることは、清掃したスタッフは全く気付かないらしい。また、最終日の朝食時は、おしぼりが出て来ず。おしぼりを置くトレーが予め用意されているので、あり、無しは一目で分かるはずだが、料理を運ぶのに、何度もテーブルに来ても気付かない。以上、スタッフのサービスは高額な料金に全く見合わない。そして、食事、美味しかったのではあるが、2日目のメインがイサキ1匹丸ごとの塩焼き。時期的に、販売しているおせち料理の作成と重なり忙しいのだろうが、1日目と比べ手抜き感は否めない。高い料金出すのは非日常を味わいたいから。しっかり手を掛けたものを提供して欲しかった。

旦那と弾丸旅行で利用しました。 妊娠中でこちらから何も希望を出していないのに、 刺身を他の料理に変更してくれたり、ノンカフェインの飲み物を用意してくれたりなどとても心暖かい対応してくれました❣️ありがとうございます‼︎ 今回は普通の部屋を利用して、確かに他の方のコメントであったようにロビーや食事場と内装のキャップは感じましたが、この点は滞在前に受け入れた上で予約しましたので全然気になりませんでした。 食事がとても美味しくて温泉も凄く気持ちよかったし、子供が産まれてからまた家族で泊まりに行きたいと思います。 部屋内装のリニューアルを楽しみにしてます〜
