"As I checked in, there was a man standing in reception swearing angrily into his telephone. This set the scene for my stay. It was functional with no finesse. I won’t be rushing back."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again."

The room was absolutely stunning—really clean, comfy double bed, and the view was amazing. The ensuite bathroom was great too, and the underfloor heating was such a nice touch!
