It's a lovely old in with lots of character. The staff were very good and helpful Food was very good. The room was serviced every day. The only thing I would ask for extra would be two chairs in the room, and perhaps coat hangers

Located in Glaston, we used the old pheasant for an overnight base whilst travelling through. Family suite was generous in space, clean and comfortable. Kids had private sleeping space. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and was looked after by the front of house team who were excellent. We stayed for breakfast and enjoyed both a continental and cooked breakfast. Food was value for money and service was fantastic throughout the visit. Would stay again. Value for money.
