「Had a wonderful stay at this hotel before, so decided to take my husband for a Birthday treat. Staff are always very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. It’s at a beautiful location and the hotel is stunning, food is excellent. But unfortunately, this time I had a shocking encounter, of a man letting himself into my room, luckily I was dressed and had my husband with me. The poor man looked just as shocked as we were, apologised and said that he must have the wrong room and left. I finished...

「Excellent food in a lovely village next to a main road however when you shut the windows the traffic noise was vastly reduced. The close room was great value.」

「Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience 」
