「After checking into the room, I discovered that one of the floor lamps wasn’t working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. The staff refused, claiming no rooms were available and insisting that "a broken lamp wouldn’t affect my stay"—despite my observation of many vacant rooms. 「The hotel was conveniently located near the MetLife Stadium. We came in for a concert. No issues parking, and they have a shuttle to transport you back to the hotel from the concert. The reservation said breakfast was included, which it was not. I spoke to Lisa, the Director, who was so kind and thoughtful. She stated that she told Expedia to remove from listing because they were under new management and provide breakfast at a cost. She gave me a voucher for Starbucks and apologized.」

「Fantastic breakfast, clean areas, very friendly and attentive staff. Not much walkability but very convenient to clean and timely local bus routes and great options for ordering dining - highly recommend &pizza (order from them directly as the apps will charge more)!」
