For conference or meeting near by/at hotel facility, its fine and convenicen.

Horrible Horrible Hospitality!!! I stayed Marriot on April 27th with my husband. I arrived around 5pm and there was a female personnel at the front desk who was tall and dark skin and she was extremely rude and condescending. She seemed like a manager and there was a guy colleague next to her. She didn't show any smile on her face and no eye contact the whole time I was checking in. She made me feel I'm such a weirdo that I didn't get what she says quickly. Also she made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidating as I was asking different questions. It basically ruined my entire stay with bitter feeling even though room was wonderful and cozy which is the reason I love to choose Marriot whenever I travel.
I have visited many Marriott locations, and this was by far the worst in terms of hospitality. I find it difficult to comprehend how a 5-star hotel can tolerate such behavior. I will not to return to this location for sure and if Marriott condones this level of hospitality, I will reconsider choosing Marriott for future stays. Hospitality is integral to the hotel business, and guests should not be made to feel horrible, especially considering big money spent. I don't want to give up Marriot just because of this experience. Hope it won't happen again.
