「Very comfortable and convenient hotel!」

「Was ok. Staff could’ve been more helpful especially to foreigners. The woman wouldn’t even help me book a taxi. Something so simple. I had to go to the family mart and they helped me call a taxi with no issue.」

「Good location! Love this hotel」

「I never expected a hotel in Osaka to not have WiFi. There was no connection for most of my stay（7/F, 8/F)—simply awful.」

「I’m」

「It’s as good as a quiet dormitory for me, I Like its aircon that make little noise, and good size bath tub as well. My room assignment finally sees improvement in this third stay of 10 nights. For improvement: 1. House keeping and amenity replacement only every 3 days is unlikable. 2. Stuff’s English speaking ability is a problem, I was to find my reply from a translation divice. 3. No bellman service nor help with luggages in and out of front door and hallway to street renders a poor...

「Easy accessible hotel with excellent nearby 24-hour supermarket and drug & beauty shop^_^」

1. The bar on the top floor is said to be open in response to the weather, but it doesn't rain and it doesn't open (see if other restaurants nearby are open on the top floor) 2. There is a spider in the slippers in the room. 3. The room type looks like it is for inconvenient...

「The hotel was conveniently located. It is an artsy hotel with paintings and drawings are displayed in the communal areas. You can purchase VOD ticket to watch on your in-room TV which was entertaining. The minor thing i am not happy with was how small the public bath was. Otherwise, I am quite happy with staying in this hotel.」
