"Jessica on Check-in was amazing. Housekeeping on the 4th Floor was fantastic fixing our AC situation. The TV remote was NOT controlling sound and the Guide did not function "NO INFORMATION. Date was in July and time completely incorrect. It would be nice to turn on set and have it work.."

"Easy check in/out. Great parking right outside the room. Small space but it’s big enough if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Nice windows to open and let the breeze through. Road noise is quite loud"

"Amazing area of Kingston and Islands. Hotel is older but clean and staff wonderful. Breakfast is boxed so if you don’t like that don’t go there or give your boxed breakfast to the homeless and go to great local eateries."
